I was able to get a housing loan through Pag-Ibig. My mom referred me to an agent that is affiliated to Green Gate Subdivision in Malagasang, Imus Cavite. The subdivision has row houses, and this made my housing loan cheaper than acquiring a single detach. The subdivision is clean and their personnel are approachable.

After providing a budget for the grills my mom hired carpenters to work for our floorings, they put tiles in our living room and bath room and after this she decorated the bath room.

The house has second floor and can be divided into 2 rooms. The house is fully furnished now and I will be posting some of our house updates during my next visit in Green Gate.
