My fiancée and I are now excited
to move in our rented house in Maricaban, Pasay this June 23, 2012, after our
wedding date. The house costs us 18,000 pesos which includes the water bill for
3 months because it is 6,000 pesos a month. Our land lady collected two months
deposit plus one month advance. It is really ouch in our pocket! The
electricity is not included and we will pay for it separately.
The house we rented is in the first floor with parking lot and gate in front. The house is fully furnished with tiles everywhere including in kitchen, living room, powder room and the parking lot. It is a studio type good for 2-3 persons.
Maricaban is an accessible place for everything, such as a wet market, land transportation and very near in airport and SM Mall of Asia. The only thing that I do not want in this place is the noise because it is a residential place and some children are very noisy playing outside their houses plus the dogs which are always present in the streets.
The neighbourhood in St. Andrew Street seems safe and approachable. I am a homebody individual and I hope that I can be more productive in our newly rented house. Picture of our house is to follow!
